Crookham Rovers - helping to develop junior football in Church Crookham, Fleet and NE Hampshire.
In 2012 the Football Association adopted and put in place recommendations taken from its "Youth Development Review" following over two years of research and consultation.
These changes were put in place to improve young people's enjoyment of Football and aimed at allowing them more touches on better proportioned pitches and a greater involvement in the game as a whole. The aim of the FA's Youth Development Review was to make youth football better for everyone involved, taking a contemporary, child-friendly approach to junior football, challenging the "win-at-all-costs" mentality that has, in the past, stifled the development of young footballers and their enjoyment of the game.
Crookham Rovers aims to develop a positive environment for boys' and girls' football in Fleet, Church Crookham and the Surrey and Hampshire borders.
