The Comets is the first girls football team established by Crookham Rovers and are now in their fifth season of playing together.
The Comets play in the Winchester & District Girls League and play 9-a-side matches. The team has slowly grown over the four years and are always looking for new players to sign up. We would be very interested to hear from any girl who is interested in looking to join our club.
Training is undertaken by a qualified FA Coach and we presently train on Tuesday nights between 7pm and 8.20pm at Cody Sports Ground in the spring/summer/autumn months and at Lord Wandsworth College in the winter months. The Comets home games are played at Cody Sports Ground on Saturday mornings and anybody is welcome to come along and watch and get a flavour of what the Comets is all about.
